Resurfacing an existing court? This is the line that applies. About our surfacing →
A new 30' × 60' pickleball court costs about $23,000–$32,500 with rebar concrete, or $37,500–$43,500 with post-tension concrete. That is concrete ($16,000–$24,000 rebar, $30,500–$35,000 post-tension) plus acrylic surfacing and lines ($7,000–$8,500). Fencing, lighting and accessories are priced separately.
A 30' × 50' half court runs $13,000–$20,000 for rebar concrete or $25,000–$30,000 for post-tension, plus $5,800–$7,100 for acrylic surfacing and lines. A smaller 30' × 30' half court runs $8,000–$12,000 rebar or $15,000–$18,000 post-tension, plus $3,500–$4,500 for surfacing.
Acrylic surfacing with new game lines on an existing slab costs $7,000–$8,500 for a 30' × 60' pickleball court, $5,800–$7,100 for a 30' × 50' basketball court, and $3,500–$4,500 for a 30' × 30' basketball court. Courts with heavy cracking may need repair work first, priced after a site visit.
Post-tension slabs use steel cables tensioned after the pour, which holds the slab in compression and greatly reduces cracking through Utah freeze-thaw cycles. It takes more material and labor, so it costs more up front, and it is the longer-lasting choice for a court.
Basic site preparation, a compacted gravel base, and the concrete installation. Site conditions, access, and extra prep such as excavation or retaining work can change the price. Fencing, lighting, and accessories are priced separately.
