Warranty notice: The CushionX warranty applies only when the selected system level matches the intended court usage. Installing a system in a setting that exceeds its intended usage — for example, a Level 1 system in a commercial facility — will void warranty coverage. We'll walk you through the right level for your project during your consultation.

4mm delivers a firmer, faster feel; 6mm is our most-requested "balanced" option; 8mm gives the most force reduction and is common on tennis and long-session pickleball courts. We'll recommend a thickness based on the sports you're playing, player preferences, and court use.

Can CushionX be installed over my existing court?

Often, yes — provided the existing slab or asphalt base is structurally sound and properly sloped. We start with a free on-site evaluation to confirm the base is suitable and recommend any repair work needed before installation.

How long does installation take?

A typical residential CushionX installation — including base prep, cushion application, coating, and line work — runs one to two weeks depending on scope and weather. The CushionX layer itself installs up to 3x faster than traditional cushioned systems.

What about the warranty?

CushionX carries a 5-year manufacturer product warranty from AT Sports when the correct level is specified for the intended use and the system is installed to factory specification. We also back our workmanship separately. We'll review both warranties with you before the project starts.
